Run your class’s Anki.

Plan the block on a calendar. Everyone’s cards open on the day you pick.

  1. Make a plan from your deck. In Anki: Tools › Due Crew › Make a plan from a deck. It opens here as a calendar: tick the tags or subdecks, paste a lecture’s note IDs, put the exam on it as an event. Plan it with a friend as co-author.
  2. Share one link, or print the poster. The plan’s Share menu has its link, a calendar to subscribe to, and a poster with a QR code. Following it in Anki takes a minute, and anyone who imported the deck with every card showing can hold later dates back.
  3. See how the class is doing. The plan’s Progress tab counts who has opened and finished each date, among those in the plan’s squad, once there are three or more. Nobody is named. When a date runs behind, it says so, and you can give the class a day.

Rather start from someone else’s? The library has plans to follow or copy.
